1. Hairpin: these hairpins used for up-do hairstyles are great to use for smaller size dots on your nail designs.
2. Bobby-pin: the pins used holding your hair in place are also great: larger pins will have bigger end tips to create slightly larger dots. Just bend the pin for an easier holding position.
3. Needle pins: use pins from a swing kit with a ball end for large dots. The more you dip the ball end into your nail polish, the larger dot you can get. Practice for the best results!
